Homosexual bites man's lip for refusing to have sex A man who tried to force another man into gay sex is now in court.

A 27-year old gay man, Saidi Abubakar, has arraigned before an Isolo Magistrates' Court sitting in Lagos, for allegedly biting off the lower lip of one Abubakar Abdulahhi, 25, for daring to refuse his sexual adnaces.

According to the evidence in court, Abubakar who is said to be a known homosexual, had approached the victim and solicited for gay sex but the shocked Abdullahi resisted the moves and that action infuriated the assailant who tried to force his victim into submission.

But in the process, the began to struggle and he Abubakar bit off the lip of Abdullahi.

The incident happened at Ago Palace Way in Okota area of the state where both men reside. The matter was reported to the police at Okota Police Division and Abubakar was arrested and taken to the station where he allegedly confessed to the crime.

He was charged with indecent act, conduct likely to cause breach of public peace, sodomy and assault under the Criminal Code.

The court also heard that it was not the first time Abubakar was involved in indecent assault of male for sex, as he had been arrested on two previous occasions by the police for harassing and molesting males for sex.
